The mortgage industry's reputation has suffered greatly in recent
years, and rightly so. A great percentage of my colleagues did not operate
professionally and with the best interests of their clients
foremost.

I never compromise integrity. My clients trust me and I do everything morally possible to continue to earn and maintain that trust. Honesty, commitment, long term customer care and service are the core to my basic philosophy. Each client's loan process is handled with the maximum of confidentiality and extreme professionalism.
I am a "lender for life".... not simply there for the "current deal", but long term. I am always available to give advice to past, present and future clients. To me, customer service really means concern and advice well after the initial transaction is closed.... lifetime relationships rather than a one time transaction.

As a Colorado licensed mortgage broker, and listed on the National Mortgage Registry, Tim's 27 years of of experience in the mortgage industry includes primary, secondary and investment property purchase mortgages, refinance mortgage structures (Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo home loans, and accomplishing residential mortgages of all categories. Of course, we can provide FHA and VA mortgages as well as jumbo loans up to $5.5 million. We can finance residential, investment, and commercial properties, providing unique non-conforming mortgage structures designed and specifically tailored for individual requirements.

Special Experience in Divorce Situations
- While I have assisted thousands of clients in all types of mortgage finance situations, I have found that those who are going through divorce have particular needs and often have a high degree of anxiety about retaining their current home or financing a new home. I am particularly effective at helping clients during these difficult transitions. I have amassed many hours of Continuing Legal Education in divorce law and the entire divorce process. I have been an expert witness on a number of divorce cases. I was also an expert witness for the defendent in the "Anatomy of Divorce" Series on the Dr. Phil show in 2006.
- Divorce attorneys often find that working with a knowledgeable Mortgage Banker/Planner to communicate complex financial issues related to their housing situation is invaluable. This advice will give clients the "dose of reality" needed to make better decisions about the cost of owning a property. I am pleased to provide this service at no charge to clients and their attorneys.
